The LFD Passive preamplifier is a unity gain switched attenuator providing 3 inputs and a tape facility.

To achieve the highest possible resolution and transparency, the high grade switch assembly is hard-wired with top quality film resistors and custom wiring. A further important factor is the circuit topology, which reduces the number of components, solder joints and metal-to-metal contacts in the signal path.

Due to the clarity and openness of this unit, only the best ancillaries should be used. A Limited Edition (LE) version of the passive preamplifier is available to order with the provision for more inputs and outputs.
